Baby Love
This is what I did today.
I got to hold my princess Bella and love on her while she napped on my chest. OHHHH...how sweet for me. Now do not get the wrong idea that I am wanting another baby. I have enough kiddies thank you very much. But it was really nice to love on a baby and snuggle with her.
And I get to do it all over again tomorrow with an even newer newborn. Friends of DH and mine just had a baby boy on Tuesday night. We are going to visit them at the hospital tomorrow morning. I am in baby heaven this week.
And what did Zane do while his mommy was holding the princess. He had a few curious and jealous moments. But for the most part he played with his friends.

Trey On the Move
Today was a busy day for the middle Hydock boy. The day started off with Trey having kindergarten roundup at his soon to be elementary school. Trey is NOT a happy camper about his new school. Evan on the other hand is ecstatic Trey will be at the school next year. We even saw Evan walking the halls at school today but Trey just hid from him. Poor guy......he better get over it because he IS going to kindergarten August 18, 2008!!
After the kindergarten roundup we had to hurry across town to Dinosaur World!! Trey and his preschool classmates had a last field trip. Hurray for us. It was a fun day with friends.
HELP THIS WOMAN!!!
This is my friend(Amy for all that are unsure....her blog is to the right.....not that she updates it regularly...but I digress). If you know her then please help her. This is a picture of her smoking her last cigarette. Shocking to some...I know! But please oh please support her in this journey to pink lungs. Call her periodically and ask how it is going. Email her a hug. Give her tips on how to stay committed to a smoke free life. For goodness sake....just look at this pitiful picture and commend her for a smart decision....PLEASE!!
UPDATE:
Six hours and it all came crashing down. Let's hope for another time and day. We are not giving up on you girl!

Rays Baseball
This past Sunday was our last day of spring break. So the kiddies and I along with Uncle Carl packed up ourselves and watched the Tampa Bay Rays play baseball. It was Little League Day. The boys got Rays hat with the new logo upon entering the gates. It was fun hanging out with Uncle Carl and the boys at a manly sporting event.
Zane got a little bored halfway through the game and amused himself.
The boys got to run the bases after the game. The whole process went way to fast for me to get a picture of Evan and Trey but I did manage a blurry photo of Zane.

Animal Kingdom
Sorry it took a while to get this post written. I wanted to put pictures with the
post and I misplaced the camera cable. I looked everywhere for days until I finally asked the kiddies if they have seen it. Lo and behold...Trey found the cable and hid it in his room. Reminder to self: always ask the kids first when looking for something lost. They always seem to know everything in the house.
On friday of Spring Break the kiddies and I along with our friend Amy and her daughters Hannah and Chloe went to Animal Kingdom. It was a crowded day at the park. We saw a few things and had an enjoyable time with friends. We saw the Lion King and Finding Nemo show. The Bug Life show scared the kiddies to death. I promptly left the show with four screaming kids. They say never again. We also went on the safari ride. They loved this ride. We can not wait to go back again. Animal Kigdom gets an A+.

Disney World
Well we did it!!
They Hydock family has officially visited Disney World for the first time! Can you believe it.
Not only did we visit the park but we got annual passes. So we can go back anytime we like for an entire year. We can also get into Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney Studios. What fun! This means that any family member......grandparents, uncles and aunts(you know who you are) can take the boys to Disney(without mommy and daddy).
The boys were so excited to be at Disney World. It was a great day with only one melt down from each child the whole day. No child is perfect for ten straight hours. Even at the best place in the world.
So what did we do at Disney. Well just take a look......................

Zoo #4
It is spring break around these parts of the Hydock world. That means keeping the kiddies entertained and avoid the "I'm bored" whining voices. So off to the zoo we went. I am numbering my zoo blogs so I can easily see how many times we actually use the passes the next twelve months. So far so good....once a month.
So how was the zoo today you ask? In Evan's words...."it was a great day at the zoo!!" Many animals, normally unseen, were frisky and frolicking about.
We saw the rarely viewed two toed sloth. The sloth bear was walking about and playing. The two Okapis were up front and center. One male chimp was getting a little too frisky with a female in broad daylight along with the male giraffe in Africa land(the kiddies did not see this activity...thank goodness!). Spring has sprung at the zoo.

Look for more spring break blogs coming. The Hydock clan is moving about this week.

Crafty Things and Ideas To Come
This afternoon was crafty for the Hydock boys. They made clay magnets a week ago and finally decided today to paint them. My mom and grandma bought me (at their favorite department store) a wonderful umbrella for my table. It has really come in handy. The boys painted outdoors without too much sun buring them. And my house was spared a paint mess. A win win for everyone.
Lookie.......I got my new kitchen table today. It is so beautiful. It is so nice I did not want the boys to eat from it. So I decided to get some cheap kids placemats for the kiddies. No messes on my new table! A really good friend came up with a fun placemat craft for the boys to do so look for pictures in another week or two. Until then we must endure Dora and Transformer placemats.

Princess Bella
This post is dedicated to Bella Carlise Guzman. She was born a week ago today on tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 2:58am. She weighed 8lb 2oz and was 21.5 inches long. Julie and I were invited by our dear friends to witness the birth and be photographers at the birthing center Labor of Love. I felt very honored by Karlise to be invited. Birth is a private issue and to be privileged to view it should be revered as special. BUT.........we were 10-15 minuted too late!! Baby Bella just couldn't wait to meet her mommy and daddy. Julie and I got to be part of the after birth experience instead. I am just happy Karlise got the birth she wanted....all natural and in a birthing tub....you go girl! Princess Bella...the world is yours!
