Putt Putt

One evening during our beach vacation my Mil and I took the boys to play Putt Putt golf. This was their first time playing the game. They all loved trying to get the ball inot the hole. They also loved all the different themes for each putt putt hole.

Beach Life

The boys and I got home today from Treasure Island beach. My MIL has a time share(on the beach) that we use with her every year. My hubby and his family have been going to Treasure Island since he was about ten years old. Now my boys get to make beach memories year after year. And this year was no excpetion for the wonderful memories. This was the first year we got to go during the Fourth of July holiday. We met other families/people using the time share units. They were mostly from S.C. and Tennessee. And they were in much the party mood for the whole week but hey they were on vacation. Right? Their accents were quite the thrill for me and my boys. I found myself using a southern drawl the more I spent time with them. And we think we have a southern twang to us in Florida....compared to them we speak chinese. Evan and Trey made friends with a 7 year old boy named Patrick from S.C. We all made friends with a twelve year old boy from Tennessee named Caleb.

So what did we do the whole week. Swimming in the pool, going to the beach and repeat every few hours. DH was able to come for a few days. We love having daddy around so that was enjoyable for us all. I will post pics over the next few days as I have alot and I really want to showcase what we did for the week.

Off To The Beach

We are off to the beach for a week starting tomorrow(saturday). Enjoy this picture of the boys from last year at Treasure Island. With luck I will have new beach photos of my babies. And some awesome 4th of July photos.

How is this? Can you tell what this menace is? I have shooed him away numerous times over the last year but he keeps coming back. I even Raided him. Apparently Raid can't kill him. Still are not 100% sure....well.......okay I will try to get closer. But know I am really afraid of him.





















Okay...This is as close as I dare get without him getting me. I will let him stay in his makeshift home until I can figure out a way to fully rid him of my front porch. Until then...if you visit my house.....beware of the ugly thing lurking above you!

Sick Household

Please forgive me if you do not hear from me in the next few days. I have a cold that is beating me down. Zane and DH had the cold first but they seem to be on the tailend of the illness. Me on the otherhand....just came with the illness last night. It came on so quick...I could feel myself going downhill fast last night. I am just hoping Evan and Trey do not get this cold. We are leaving for the beach a week from today. And there can be no sickies on vacation. Do you hear me Mr. Cold??!!


Addendum: Evan woke up sunday morning with a stuffy nose. He does not appear too ill just stuffy so let's please pray that it goes away quickly. Trey has been shipped off to Amy's house. Let's hope he stays out of illnesses way. I know I must be really sick if I take a nap. I can't rememebr the last nap I took.

Disney Placemats

The boys finished their Disney World place mats. The came out so cute and quite large but that is to keep the new table from getting too messy. Now every time they sit down to breakfast and dinner they can laugh and remember the fun they had at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom.
